Join us at Black Dog Coffeehouse on Sunday, Oct. 13 for an hour-long sound bath experience by Trinity Ball of Earthen Healing LLC.

Trinity is a holistic psychic-intuitive healer and certified sound and reiki practitioner. During a sound bath experience, Trinity will start with a guided meditation leading into a full sound immersion where she will use instruments to activate the parasympathetic nervous system of the body.

Following the meditative experience, attendees will break for Black Dog specialty tea drink and treat while you soak in the relaxing after-effects of the sound bath. 

Tickets for the event are $50 for the hour-long meditative experience, drinks, and snacks.
